Job Summary
A company is looking for a Virtual Sales Executive who will deliver marketing-generated sales presentations remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales presentations using screen-sharing technology to convert prospective owners into purchasers
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective owners through follow-ups on referrals and leads
- Ensure accurate completion of sales contracts and maintain customer relationships post-sale
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of onsite timeshare sales experience with documented performance results
- Active Real Estate or Timeshare Sales license in one of the specified states
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Ability to work remotely and maintain a private office at home
