State Licensed Virtual Urgent Care APP

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Urgent Care APP, MIC.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver acute care for complex members in a collaborative interdisciplinary team model
• Ensure timely documentation and closure of care loops with members' primary care teams
• Participate in the development and innovation of the Virtual Urgent Care and ED at Home models

Required Qualifications and Education

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Unrestricted licenses to practice in at least one state
• 3+ years of experience in Emergency Medicine or urgent care
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems and care facilitation platforms
