Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP Head of Life Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operating model for life products, including demand planning and post-sale support
• Lead a cross-functional team to optimize operational aspects of the Life business while fostering a customer-centric culture
• Develop and execute communication strategies and monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10-15+ years of experience in Life Operations, Supply Chain, or Customer Success
• FINRA Series SIE, Series 6, and state insurance licensing required
• Extensive experience in Life Insurance operations across the product lifecycle
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and develop strategic visions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate user metrics into operational improvements
