State Licensed VP of Clinical Operations

Job Summary

Providing executive-level strategy and leadership, the full-time State Licensed VP of Clinical Operations will optimize clinical operations across the enterprise, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and improving member care outcomes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supports executive strategy development and accountability for performance and financial results in clinical operations
• Leads the implementation of standards and processes to improve clinical operations and manage healthcare services
• Engages with the provider community to identify opportunities for enhancing member outcomes and oversees compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• At least 12 years of managed care experience with progressive clinical operations experience in a matrixed organization
• Minimum of 7 years of healthcare management or leadership experience
• Active and unrestricted clinical licensure and/or certification as required by state regulations
• Strong operational and process improvement experience
• Understanding of the managed care industry and relevant regulatory frameworks
