Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Clinical Programs, responsible for designing, launching, and operating clinical programs focused on post acute and transitional care.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution of clinical programs
• Lead end-to-end program development from concept through launch and scale
• Define clinical scope, care pathways, and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Clinical degree required (RN, NP, or equivalent)
• Master's degree required
• 10+ years of healthcare experience in clinical operations and program development
• Minimum 3 years of post acute or transitional care experience
• Experience launching or scaling digitally enabled clinical programs
