Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of government affairs and public policy strategies
• Engage with federal, state, and regulatory bodies to influence policy related to diagnostics and reimbursement
• Build relationships with policymakers, trade associations, and patient advocacy organizations to position the company as a thought leader

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in government affairs, public policy, or health policy
• Experience in both federal and state environments, preferably in diagnostics or healthcare services
• Proven ability to connect policy strategy to business outcomes
• Established relationships with key stakeholders in government and healthcare
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration across various departments
