Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Tax.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute the North American tax strategy aligned with global objectives
• Oversee compliance with tax filings, provisions, and audits across the U.S. and Canada
• Lead the North American tax team and manage external tax advisors and processes

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA certification
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience across multiple tax disciplines
• Prior people management experience required
• Strong expertise in U.S. federal and state taxation and tax accounting
