A company is looking for a VP, High Net Worth Planning Strategist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Advanced Wealth Planning Strategists team, including performance management and development
• Provide strategic direction on high-net-worth advice programs and collaborate across the organization
• Develop and communicate strategies for the team to internal and external audiences

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services with the High-Net-Worth market segment
• 7+ years of leadership experience with increasing scope of accountability
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• FINRA Series 7, 24, 66 (63 & 65) licenses
