Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Planning Consultant to engage with participants in employer-sponsored plans and provide personalized financial advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one conversations with plan participants regarding retirement readiness and financial wellness
• Provide advice on contribution strategies, investment allocations, and distribution options
• Manage participant interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) required within established timelines
• 1+ years of experience in financial services, customer service, or call center environments
• FINRA fingerprinting required
