Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workup & Settlement Attorney to manage cases eligible for settlements in large mass torts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the case management team to evaluate and manage settlement-eligible cases
• Guide clients through the settlement offer process, ensuring clear communication and support
• Coordinate with team members to execute casework efficiently and participate in on-call duties

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Three to five years of experience in a high volume personal injury or plaintiff's firm
• Active member of a US State Bar in good standing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM/case management software is preferred
