• Manage the full lifecycle of State Medicaid contracts, focusing on negotiation, redlining, and compliance
• Interpret contract terms and assess their impact on pricing, rebates, and government reporting metrics
• Support state Medicaid bid solicitations and conduct financial impact and performance analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
• 3+ years of direct State Medicaid contracting experience
• Experience in redlining and negotiating contracts
• Strong understanding of government pricing implications
• Experience in highly regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare environments
