Job Summary

- Lead all phases of state opportunities, including proposal strategy, negotiation, and contract execution
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare, government programs, or public sector sales
- Direct experience with state Medicaid RFPs
- Proven success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
- Strong understanding of Medicaid program structures and government procurement processes
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 15-20% for state engagement and industry events
