State Partnerships Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a State Partnerships Director to lead and expand partnerships with school districts and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact with district leaders and HR teams to strengthen existing partnerships and cultivate new ones
• Collaborate with leadership to design funding models and support grant proposals for apprenticeship programs
• Identify opportunities for workforce innovation and align apprenticeship programs with district goals

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in K-12 education, workforce development, or strategic partnerships
• Strong understanding of school budgets and grant funding
• Experience working with school district leaders or HR departments is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable growth or expansion outcomes
• Exceptional planning and project management skills
