State Product Management Executive

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of states, the full-time remote AVP State Product Management will oversee state managers, provide expert product and regulatory knowledge, and influence product strategy and resource allocation to achieve profit and growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Establish strategic vision and implement business plans for profit and growth in assigned states
• Manage, mentor, and develop state managers and staff while prioritizing product initiatives
• Monitor market conditions and recommend responses to emerging threats and opportunities

Required qualifications

• Substantial knowledge of personal auto insurance products, including operations and regulatory systems
• 5-7 years of experience in managing insurance performance and product management
• Proven track record in developing creative solutions to complex business issues
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• Experience leading direct reports or matrixed project teams
