Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, State Public Policy/ Government Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute state public policy and government affairs strategy across U.S. markets
• Monitor and analyze state legislation and regulatory proposals impacting financial services
• Lead state-level advocacy campaigns and represent the company at public policy events

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in state government affairs or public policy, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Experience in developing multi-state advocacy strategies with measurable outcomes
• Deep understanding of state legislative and regulatory processes
• Experience with consumer lending, fintech regulation, or payments
• Bachelor's degree required; degree in public policy or law preferred
