Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Manager for their State Quitline team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for State Quitline accounts
  • Advocate for clients and exceed their expectations
  • Manage budgets, deliverables, and consulting for State Quitline accounts

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in client or account management
  • Knowledge of Public Health is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Relationship building skills across multiple levels of organization
  • Experience in writing RFPs and strategic planning is preferred
