State Revolving Fund Grant Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SRF Grant Writer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and submission of SRF funding applications, including CWSRF and DWSRF
• Draft grant narratives, financial analyses, and technical justifications in alignment with state requirements
• Advise on program eligibility, scoring criteria, and regulatory compliance to improve funding success

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in grant writing or public-sector funding strategy
• Demonstrated success in preparing applications for CWSRF and/or DWSRF programs
• Strong knowledge of EPA funding structures and relevant environmental regulations
• Experience working with municipal utilities or public works departments preferred
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a consulting environment
