State Strategy Manager
Job Summary
Driving strategic initiatives to optimize client satisfaction and business performance, the fully remote State Strategy Manager will manage client relationships, oversee program implementation, and leverage data analytics to enhance client success with CUSP products.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring effective onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement
- Lead client onboarding and implementation activities while coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support
- Partner with clients to define success measures and translate their needs into actionable analytical requirements and insights
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of professional experience in client success, account management, or related customer-facing roles
- Proficiency in statistics and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience managing complex client implementations and stakeholder relationships
- Familiarity with data analysis tools like SQL, Python, or R preferred
