Job Summary
A company is looking for a Static Ad Designer (Paid Social, DTC).
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-performing static ads for various paid social channels while balancing brand consistency and conversion-driven design
- Translate creative briefs and performance data into effective ad visuals, interpreting the underlying strategy
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and data to develop new ad variants for ongoing creative testing and optimization
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience designing paid social creative, preferably for eCommerce or DTC brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing static ad creative that balances brand storytelling with direct response performance
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of ad specs and platform nuances across various social media platforms
- Data-informed mindset with a motivation for testing and iteration
