Station Engineer
Job Summary
Creating substation drawing packages, the full-time remote Station Engineer will manage the development of one-line drawings, electrical assembly drawings, and equipment manufacturing drawings while supporting capital projects and troubleshooting production issues.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and review substation drawing packages, including various technical drawings and schedules
- Lead capital projects aimed at enhancing safety, efficiency, and quality in production processes
- Analyze manufacturing methods and provide engineering solutions to improve quality and reduce costs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in General Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in engineering with a focus on design, development, or project management
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools for design and analysis
- Experience in employing Lean manufacturing principles in engineering projects
- Ability to review and ensure accuracy in technical documents and drawings
