Statistical Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Statistical Analyst to perform psychometric analysis and technical reporting using large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update existing code while developing new code for project reviews
• Develop rationale in programs to ensure data quality and apply formulas for psychometric data statistics
• Assist with quality control of data analysis results and communicate insights to the project psychometrician

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related field
• 1+ years of statistical analysis experience, with psychometric programming experience preferred
• Proficiency in R programming
• Experience with Winsteps and/or IRTPRO is preferred
• Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills in new software applications for data analysis
