Statistical Programming Manager
Job Summary
Leading a global team of Statistical Programmers, the full-time Manager, Statistical Programming will oversee project activities, ensure high-quality deliverables including SDTM and ADaM datasets as well as TLFs, while fostering team development and contributing to departmental process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Manages a team of Statistical Programmers, overseeing project quality, budget, and timelines
- Develops best practices and contributes to the creation and review of controlled documents to achieve departmental goals
- Supports operational excellence by acting as a senior reviewer and leading the creation of client deliverables for complex projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, statistics, biostatistics, computer science, or related disciplines
- 10+ years of experience in Statistical Programming, specifically with SAS and R
- Experience in a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) environment
- Proven line management skills and experience managing teams
- Strong knowledge of SDTM and ADaM datasets, as well as TLF generation
