Statistical Science Lead

Job Summary

Leading the statistical and analytical strategy for solid tumor oncology, the full-time Statistical Science Lead will manage a cross-functional team to support clinical development, evidence generation, and regulatory interactions, while working remotely from anywhere in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the compound-level statistical lead, developing integrated statistical strategies across various study types
• Coordinate contributions from a diverse quantitative team, ensuring scientific alignment and quality in statistical outputs
• Represent the organization in global regulatory interactions, guiding the preparation of statistical content for submissions and payer strategies

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA, or equivalent) in Oncology, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D or related fields
• Strong understanding of oncology drug discovery and translational science
• Proven ability to engage with scientific leaders and navigate biotech and academic ecosystems
• Experience in competitive intelligence or scientific scouting within oncology
