Statistical Science Lead
Job Summary
To support global medical affairs initiatives, the full-time salaried Statistical Science Lead will provide statistical and analytical leadership for evidence generation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure rigorous study design and execution while working remotely from anywhere in the US.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary quantitative partner for Medical Affairs and HEOR/Market Access, contributing to evidence strategies and lifecycle planning
- Lead statistical design and analysis for observational studies, ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory readiness
- Oversee collaborations with Programming, Data Management, and external partners to enable comprehensive evidence generation
Required qualifications:
- PhD or M.S. in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related scientific field
- 7+ years of experience applying statistical methods in Pharma, CRO, academia, or healthcare research
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods related to clinical and real-world data analysis
- Experience as a lead statistician for programs or studies
- Proficiency in SAS; working knowledge of R preferred
