Job Summary

A company is looking for a Statistician to provide statistical support in Veterinary Medicine Research and Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide statistical support for discovery, development, and product defense in veterinary medicine
• Identify and implement innovative approaches for clinical and laboratory trial design and analysis
• Assist in training scientists on experimental design and related topics

Required Qualifications

• MS in Biostatistics/Statistics or related field with at least 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or a PhD in Biostatistics/Statistics
• Knowledge of data handling and statistical analysis programming in PC-SAS
• Experience with experimental design and mixed linear/non-linear model methodologies
• Ability to review scientific publications critically
• Experience with clinical and laboratory trials for pharmaceutical and/or vaccine products is desirable
