Job Summary

A company is looking for a Statistics Psychometrics Principal Research Scientist.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, analyze, and publish research studies
Provide expert statistical consulting across the lab's projects
Collaborate with domain experts to design data collection and answer causal inference questions

Qualifications:

PhD in a quantitative methods field with a strong statistical & research design background
Expertise in R and applied, real-world data analysis

Strong evidence-based reasoning and communication skills
Proficiency in developer workflow data and/or individual learner data is a plus
