Statutory Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial reporting initiatives, the full-time remote Sr Associate STAT Reporting Analyst will prepare, analyze, and report on financial statements while participating in the accounting close process and conducting financial analysis for business units.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing and analyzing financial statements and supporting schedules according to accounting and reporting calendars
• Conducting financial analysis on consolidated and business unit results, providing support to various teams as needed
• Preparing, reviewing, and filing quarterly and annual Statutory NAIC financial statements and other regulatory filings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
• 1-3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis or Reporting
• CPA preferred, but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Prior experience in insurance/financial services (Statutory Reporting) is a plus
