Job Summary
A company is looking for a Stay Smart Coach to drive financial results for automotive service departments through coaching and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver proactive coaching and strategic support to service departments using the Stay Smart coaching methodology
- Train service and fixed ops leadership teams on effective utilization of software tools to track performance and identify revenue opportunities
- Maintain detailed notes in CRM systems to track coaching progress and collaborate with Sales and Product teams for client expansion
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive Fixed Operations, with previous service manager experience preferred
- Deep understanding of dealership service operations, including labor rate strategies and performance metrics
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven insights presentation
- Proven ability to train and influence service managers and dealership leadership
- Experience using CRM and coaching tools to manage client interactions
