A company is looking for a Stay Smart Coach to partner with fixed operations teams at automotive dealerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive coaching and strategic support to service departments
• Build long-term relationships with dealer clients and provide training and performance analysis
• Train leadership teams on effective use of software tools to track performance and identify revenue opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in automotive Fixed Operations, with service manager experience preferred
• Deep understanding of dealership service operations and performance metrics
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven insights presentation
• Proven ability to train and influence service managers and dealership leadership
• Experience using CRM and coaching tools to manage client interactions
