Job Summary
A company is looking for a Stay Smart Coach to drive financial results through coaching and data analysis in automotive service departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver proactive coaching and strategic support to service departments using the Stay Smart coaching methodology
- Build strong relationships with dealer clients and lead virtual coaching sessions for operational improvements

Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive Fixed Operations, with service manager experience preferred

- Proven ability to train and influence service managers and dealership leadership
- Experience using CRM and coaching tools to manage client interactions
