Job Summary

A company is looking for a Stay Smart Manager to assist the Director of Coaching in training and performance metrics achievement within their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in training and education of new coaches assigned to their team
  • Provide ongoing training for individual coaches in low performing areas
  • Ensure engagement with GM / Executive Management on coaching calls
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a coach within the organization
  • Proven track record of being an A-Player in performance reviews
  • Ability to set high standards and goals for team performance
  • Experience in strategic thinking and identifying future needs
  • Comfortable holding team members accountable for performance
