Job Summary
A company is looking for a Stay Smart Manager to assist the Director of Coaching in training and performance metrics achievement within their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in training and education of new coaches assigned to their team
- Provide ongoing training for individual coaches in low performing areas
- Ensure engagement with GM / Executive Management on coaching calls
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a coach within the organization
- Proven track record of being an A-Player in performance reviews
- Ability to set high standards and goals for team performance
- Experience in strategic thinking and identifying future needs
- Comfortable holding team members accountable for performance
