Key Responsibilities

• Review and distribute daily reports to ensure team alignment

• Coach team members on performance and lead training sessions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in STD and FMLA claims management
• Familiarity with paid family leave required
• Strong understanding of disability contract language and FMLA regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
