Required Qualifications

• Earned a terminal degree in Leadership, Higher Education, Research, or Community College
• 1+ year of experience in teaching and leadership in a formal educational setting, preferably in higher education
• Demonstrated experience in developing online/virtual professional relationships
• Evidence of professional research or creative endeavors in the field
