Stereoscopic Layout Artist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Stereoscopic Layout Artist.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisors and directors to create immersive 3D images that support storytelling
• Add and configure stereo camera rigs to CG layout animatics, ensuring creative and technical goals are met
• Adapt stereoscopic parameters for final animations and correct stereo artifacts in lighting and compositing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Film, Illustration, Computer Graphics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Exceptional artistic and technical skills with a solid understanding of stereoscopic principles
• Previous production experience on stereoscopic feature films, with a preference for layout experience
• Proficiency in Maya and Nuke, and comfort with Linux environments
• Excellent stereoscopic vision and ability to collaborate within a team
