STIBO STEP Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise clients, the W2 contract STIBO STEP WebUI Consultant will implement and maintain user interfaces and workflows within the STIBO STEP MDM platform, focusing on data governance and usability in a 100% remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and customize STEP WebUI components, configure workflows, and implement business rules within the STEP platform
• Design and enhance STEP workflows to support enterprise MDM processes while providing ongoing support and continuous improvements
• Develop integrations using SOAP/RESTful web services and ensure scalability and performance of STEP solutions across large datasets

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, specifically with STIBO STEP MDM/PIM
• Strong knowledge of STIBO STEP platform, particularly in Workflow and WebUI modules
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, JSON, and related technologies
• Experience in Agile environments and enterprise-scale projects
• Ability to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
