Job Summary

A company is looking for a Stock Administration Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administration of equity compensation plans and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Develop reporting processes and systems, and maintain relationships with outside equity administrators
  • Assist with regulatory filings and provide customer service to equity plan participants


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years in Stock Plan Administration or Compensation for publicly traded companies
  • In-depth knowledge of equity administration software, preferably E*TRADE
  • Experience with US and Foreign tax issues related to equity compensation
  • Experience with SOX compliance
