Stock & Equity Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Focused on the efficient oversight of the company's equity plans and executive trading activities, the full-time remote Stock & Equity Compliance Manager will manage compliance with insider trading policies, support corporate actions, and ensure SOX compliance while driving operational efficiency through technology.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Legal on insider trading policies, manage trading windows, and ensure accurate SEC filings
• Provide operational support for corporate actions such as M&A, divestitures, and spin-offs
• Lead project management for stock-related events and ensure SOX compliance in partnership with auditors

Required qualifications

• Comprehensive experience in administering equity awards in a global, public company
• Proven expertise in regulatory reporting and global compliance requirements
• Strong analytical skills with experience in AI tools and process automation
• Experience in project management
• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is a plus
