Job Summary
Overseeing the administration and reporting of client equity compensation plans, the full-time remote Stock Plan Administration Manager will manage client communications, ensure compliance and accuracy in plan execution, and provide technical support for stock options, RSUs, and ESPPs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage communications and oversee equity plan administration for assigned clients
- Deliver accurate financial and plan balance reporting, including period-end reports
- Act as the primary liaison with client brokers and provide stock plan technical support
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in equity compensation or stock plan administration
- Strong knowledge of equity compensation plans, including stock options and ESPPs
- Proven leadership experience in stock plan administration or financial operations
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation is a plus
