Job Summary

A company is looking for a Stock Plan Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily activities related to the global equity plan and assist in managing the relationship with the vendor
  • Collaborate in developing an employee education campaign for long-term incentive programs
  • Assist in reporting, forecasting, processing requirements, system integration projects, and audit requests related to the equity plan

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, ECA or CEP designation preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in Public Company LTI/Equity Plan Administration
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
  • Experience with Fidelity NetBenefits SPS administration system preferred
  • Experience working with a global population across multiple long-term incentive vehicles
