Job Summary
A company is looking for a Stock Plan Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily activities related to the global equity plan and assist in managing the relationship with the vendor
- Collaborate in developing an employee education campaign for long-term incentive programs
- Assist in reporting, forecasting, processing requirements, system integration projects, and audit requests related to the equity plan
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, ECA or CEP designation preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Public Company LTI/Equity Plan Administration
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Experience with Fidelity NetBenefits SPS administration system preferred
- Experience working with a global population across multiple long-term incentive vehicles
