Job Summary
A company is looking for a Stock Plan Administrator to manage its global stock program for employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day stock plan operations, including various stock options and employee stock purchase plans
- Resolve employee inquiries regarding stock awards and ensure accurate information is maintained with third-party providers
- Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and HRIS teams for stock program administration and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in Equity Administration with a US-based global company
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with Equity Edge online is preferred
- Certified Equity Professional designation is a plus
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
