Job Summary

A company is looking for a Stock Plan Administrator to manage its global stock program for employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer day-to-day stock plan operations, including various stock options and employee stock purchase plans
  • Resolve employee inquiries regarding stock awards and ensure accurate information is maintained with third-party providers
  • Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and HRIS teams for stock program administration and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum three years of experience in Equity Administration with a US-based global company
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience with Equity Edge online is preferred
  • Certified Equity Professional designation is a plus
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
