Job Summary

A company is looking for a Stock Plan Administrator to support equity compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration of RSU grants and ESPP transactions, ensuring timely processing
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to maintain accurate stock plan participant records
  • Prepare reports for internal audits and respond to employee inquiries regarding equity compensation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with Equity Edge Online is preferred
