Job Summary

A company is looking for a Stock Plan Administrator to manage global equity plans and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer equity programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions
  • Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and facilitate successful audits
  • Maintain equity data records and generate reports for various departments
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in stock administration for a U.S.-based, multinational publicly traded company or 5+ years in a related role
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
  • Preferred: Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or in the process of obtaining certification
  • Understanding of various equity awards and public company equity programs across multiple jurisdictions
