Stock Plan Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Stock Plan Administrator to manage the administration of global stock plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the company's global stock plans and collaborate with internal and external teams
• Maintain the equity administration platform with accuracy and verify all equity plan transactions
• Communicate with employees regarding equity compensation programs and assist in compliance reporting

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of stock administration experience in a global public company or stock plan system provider
• Experience with Morgan Stanley Shareworks is preferred
• Self-motivated and deadline-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Completion of 1+ CEP test is a plus
