Job Summary
A company is looking for a Stop Loss Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing accounts by providing proactive account management and communication with brokers and clients
- Lead the renewal process and collaborate with sales, underwriting, and broker partners to retain active accounts
- Onboard and install new accounts, including client orientation and demonstration of beneficial programs
Qualifications:
- 3 years of related work experience
- Proven ability to build successful partnerships with internal partners
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 3 years of health insurance and account management experience preferred
- Must have Resident Life/Health license or acquire within 6 months of start date
