Job Summary

A company is looking for a Stop Loss Analyst to manage stop loss policy administration for self-funded clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain processes for identifying potential specific claimants and collaborate with key departments
• Manage claim submission processes and liaise with stop loss carrier partners for policy changes and information sharing
• Create and deliver reports to carriers, analyze stop-loss policies, and ensure current industry knowledge

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in stop loss, claims operations, financial analytics, or client services
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in stop loss policy management with self-funded insurance knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of the claims/submission process
