Stop Loss Associate Consultant
Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of 40-60 client accounts, the full-time Stop Loss Associate Consultant will deliver client recommendations, present findings to teams and clients, and serve as a subject matter expert while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee client deliverables and ensure timely peer reviews with assistance from account coordinators
- Present client deliverables to core teams and clients under leadership supervision
- Act as the first line of defense for escalated issues related to marketing, claims, and clinical matters
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of client services experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated working knowledge and experience within the brokerage industry
- Ability to maintain required licenses and complete continuing education as needed
