Stop Loss Claims Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for operations functions involving new and in-force products, the full-time remote Stop Loss Claims Operations Analyst will manage the creation and maintenance of procedures, lead projects focused on system changes and process improvements, and provide technical training and support for internal and external teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate operations-based projects focusing on system changes, process improvements, and product enhancements
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing for new and existing system enhancements in the functional area
• Generate and analyze contracts, reporting, and metrics to support operational productivity and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in claims operations
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Python or R is preferred
• Experience with workflow/project tracking platforms like Smartsheet
