Job Summary
A company is looking for a Stop Loss Filing Coordinator to manage the end-to-end stop loss claims process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit stop-loss claims and documentation, ensuring accuracy and eligibility verification
- Act as the primary contact between internal teams and stop-loss carriers, providing updates on claim status
- Review stop-loss policies and generate financial data reports for internal and client use
Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or third-party administration (TPA) settings, especially in stop-loss claims
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to interpret complex policy language and reconcile information across documents
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous process improvement
- Prior experience with stop-loss MGUs or carriers is a plus
