A company is looking for a Stop Loss Claims Operations Manager, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for filing Stop Loss claims and managing reimbursements
• Oversee daily workflow and priorities to meet business objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with Stop Loss carriers and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations experience in claims or related field
• Progressive leadership experience managing projects and/or teams
• Experience in a Health Care or Insurance setting
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant professional qualification
