Job Summary

A company is looking for a Stop Loss Specialist to coordinate the tracking, monitoring, documenting, and submission of stop loss claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage stop loss claims by compiling and submitting claims to the carrier for reimbursement
  • Provide customer service by following up with internal and external customers and training new employees
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and streamline procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years' experience in clerical and customer service roles
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Preferred experience in stop loss, claims, and/or health insurance
